MEETINGS & CONSULTATION
Initial consult with couple at least 1 month prior
Follow up consultation 1 week prior
Unlimited e-mail and phone contact
Final walk through of the Ceremony & Reception venues 1 week prior
Oversee setup of ceremony & reception
Distribute payments to all vendors (if not finalized)
Help wedding party get organized and assist with bouquets and boutonnieres
Provide a comprehensive emergency kit for unexpected needs
Place non-vendor related items at ceremony & reception (seating charts, place cards, programs & personal items)
Pack up of venue including gifts, decorations, etc.
Attend, supervise & coordinate entire wedding day
Creation & distribution of wedding timeline to all participants & vendors
Contact and confirm details with all vendors 48 hours prior
Coordinate and manage the ceremony & reception
Attend rehearsal dinner
Discuss run sheet with MC & DJ (music selection)
Provide client with Month of checklist
**If ceremony and reception are in two different locations, an additional coordinator will be required for a minimum of $250 extra.
***Client to provide wedding planner all vendor contracts prior to initial meeting.
