Initial consult to discuss wedding details (size & style of wedding)
Unlimited in person meetings
Unlimited e-mail and phone contact
Final walk through of the Ceremony & Reception venues
Oversee setup of ceremony & reception
Distribute payments to all vendors
Help wedding party get organized and assist with bouquets and boutonnieres
Provide a comprehensive emergency kit for unexpected needs
Place non-vendor related items at ceremony & reception
Pack up of venue including gifts, decorations, etc.
Attend, supervise & coordinate entire wedding day
Creation & distribution of wedding timeline to all participants & vendors
Liaison between client and all vendors by reading over all contracts
Coordinate and manage the ceremony & reception
Attend rehearsal dinner
Manage guest list & RSVPs
Assistance with floor plan & seating arrangements (if not finalized)
Assistance with menu & cake tasting (if not finalized)
Assistance with bridal party gowns shopping and fitting (if needed)
Assistance with groom & groomsmen suits style and fitting (if needed)
Discuss run sheet with MC & DJ (music selection)
**If ceremony and reception are in two different locations, an additional coordinator will be required for a minimum of $250 extra.
***Client to provide wedding planner all vendor contracts prior to initial meeting.
